I am an employee in a BPO sector. In past 6 months i never found any customer who can ask me how are you, However i never mis to greeting and closing an average of 200 people per day.
We bear lot of anger and frustration on daily bases. But never regret for that, Even we forgot to get anger I think so. Sometimes I feel we are earning abuse apart along with money.
Even I saw some people very hard to say thank-you after resolving their problem. Any how we need to keep smile.

                                       

Well sorry if you found any error in my writing because I am naive here,kindly understand feeling except words.
                   

There is something more when we got bad feedback after providing resolution because in some case customer was not educated or self-centred in nature.
Now new type of anger will start from manger side without asking why you got this feedback.
He will scold you, even he will tell you so many time you are not able to do such type of job.
Whenever i reach at home , before going to bed i ask my self how are you Ashu...I feel he is saying it okay go ahead.
